Colorado Springs police are asking the public for help finding a missing at-risk adult who was last seen in the early morning hours Sunday.

Officers are searching for a woman who went missing after leaving a medical facility in the 1700 block of Monterey Road at approximately 3 a.m. Sunday.

The missing woman is described as approximately 4 feet 10 inches tall and 140 pounds, with shoulder-length brown hair featuring blonde highlights that is shaved on the left side. Police noted that the shaved portion of her head bears a "significant scar."

She was last seen wearing a gray zip-up hoodie, bright-colored tie-dye shorts, and a white helmet with stickers. Police said she was in the company of an 18-year-old male wearing a gray t-shirt and blue shorts at the time of her disappearance.
