Teller County's residential real estate market recorded a busy July, with sales spanning communities from Ute Pass to Cripple Creek, according to new figures from a local realty group.

According to the Home Legacy Group at Coldwell Banker 1st Choice Realty, 77 homes sold in July in Teller County. The activity was spread across several communities, reflecting continued buyer interest throughout the region.

In Woodland Park, 24 homes sold, with the highest-priced at $1.4 million and the lowest at $299,000. In Divide, 12 homes changed hands, ranging from a high of $1.3 million down to $83,000. Florissant saw 9 homes sold, with prices spanning from $90,000 to $665,000. In the Cripple Creek-Victor area, 7 homes sold, with a high of $737,000 and a low of $131,000. In Ute Pass, 3 homes sold, ranging from $430,000 to $550,000.

On the nonprofit front, a local business made a contribution to a Woodland Park organization that serves the veteran community. Mike Perini and Perini & Associates donated $500 to Faithful Hearts Equine Learning Center in Woodland Park, with Perini — a retired U.S. Air Force officer — saying the gift was made in honor of the organization's work with Teller County veterans.
