Registration is now open for Colorado Springs's fall Therapeutic Recreation Program, a city-run effort that connects residents with disabilities to recreational programming each season.

The city launched sign-ups for the fall edition of the program, which runs from September through December and is designed to give people with disabilities access to leisure and recreational activities.

The program spans a wide variety of categories, among them outdoor adventure, fitness, aquatics, the arts, and social programming. Specific activities on offer include archery, boxing, golf, cycling, rock climbing, dance, improv, and seasonal day trips, according to city officials.

City officials noted that enrollment operates on a first-come, first-served basis and that certain offerings have limited spots available, making early registration advisable.

Costs differ depending on the specific program chosen, and a full price breakdown is posted on the TRP website.

Further details on individual session schedules, venue locations, and real-time enrollment availability were not confirmed at the time of publication.
