The Penrose Library just digitized a collection of Broadmoor Hotel photos from the 1920s-1940s. The original pool, the golf course before they expanded, Spencer Penrose's car collection — amazing stuff.
You can view them online through the Pikes Peak Library District digital archive. Highly recommend checking it out.

Disagree on some points but appreciate the perspective. Here is my take — I think we need to look at the bigger picture and consider how this affects the whole neighborhood, not just our immediate area.
