Target received 23 reports of the pearls falling off the sandals. No injuries have been reported, but the CPSC classified the detached pearls as a risk of serious injury or death given the age group affected — toddlers in sizes 5T through 12T.

Identifying the Recalled Sandals

The recalled sandals are tan with two raffia straps, gold buckles, and small decorative plastic pearls. They were sold in sizes 5T through 12T. If the sandals in your home match this description — tan, raffia, gold buckle, pearls — and were purchased between January and May 2026, they are likely part of this recall.

No receipt is necessary to return the sandals.

How to Get Your Refund

Stop using the sandals immediately. You have two options to receive your full refund:

Return them to any Target store. Bring the sandals to the customer service desk for a full refund. No receipt is needed. You can also call Target at 1-800-591-3869 (available 7 AM to 10 PM CT daily) to arrange a mail return with a prepaid label and a mailed refund.
