This recall has 11 reported incidents. The TOMY Boon PIVOT toddler tower — a kitchen step stool designed to let children stand at counter height — shifts and leans when a child is standing on it, creating a fall hazard. The product was sold at Target.com, Amazon, and Babylist from January 2023 through June 2026. If you have one, stop using it and contact TOMY or Boon for remedy information. Because these were sold at major retailers over a multi-year period, they have broader distribution than many recalls. If you bought a PIVOT toddler tower for your kitchen in the last few years, it's worth confirming whether it's the affected model.

Target Gigglescape Under the Sea Popping Toys

This recall comes with a confirmed choking incident. The dome on the Target Gigglescape Under the Sea popping toy can detach from the base, exposing small balls inside that are a choking hazard for young children. There have been nine reported incidents, including one confirmed choking. The toys were sold at Target stores and on Target.com. Return the product to any Target store for a full refund.

Peony Design Personalized Baby Bibs and Stroller Bags

Peony Design issued a recall on July 23, 2026 for personalized baby bibs and stroller bags. The snaps on these products can detach from the fabric, creating a choking hazard for infants. If you purchased personalized bibs or stroller bags from Peony Design, stop using them and contact Peony Design directly for a refund. The recall notice is at cpsc.gov.
