Sanven Technology has recalled approximately 1,020 Vevor baby swings due to a suffocation hazard. The affected models are BB501K, BB702A, and BB005K. These swings have an incline angle greater than 10 degrees, which violates both the mandatory Infant Sleep Products safety standard and the federal ban on inclined sleepers under the Safe Sleep for Babies Act.

An infant placed in an inclined seat can experience their head tipping forward, partially blocking the airway. Young infants do not have the neck strength to reposition themselves out of this situation. Even a brief period in an unsafe position can have severe consequences.
The Safe Sleep for Babies Act specifically prohibits inclined sleepers because of this documented risk. Products that angle the infant's body — even at angles that seem slight — have been linked to infant deaths in the United States.
What to Do Right Now
