CPSC Recall: PIXLABBY Magnetic Fidget Sliders — One Child Hospitalized, Full Refund Available
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall for PIXLABBY Silicone Magnetic Fidget Sliders after one child was hospitalized following magnet ingestion. Approximately 860 units were sold on Amazon.com between October 2025 and May 2026 for around $10 each. If you have these in your home, stop using them immediately and keep them away from children.

The recalled products are silicone fidget sliders sold under the PIXLABBY brand on Amazon. The sliders contain two high-powered magnets inside a silicone casing. The CPSC determined that the toys violate the mandatory safety standard for toys because children can remove the silicone casing and access the magnets inside.
In the incident that triggered the recall, a child removed the silicone casing, accessed the two magnets, and ingested them. The child required hospitalization. High-powered magnets are particularly dangerous when swallowed because they can attract each other through intestinal walls, causing serious internal injuries including perforations, blockages, and blood poisoning. These injuries can be life-threatening and require surgery.
What to Do If You Have These
The CPSC and PIXLABBY recommend the following steps:
- Stop using the product immediately and keep it away from children.
- Contact PIXLABBY to begin the refund process.
- Dispose of the product safely.
- Send a photo of the disposed product to ah1998zxc@gmail.com to receive your full refund.
The refund is full — you do not need to return the product, only document the disposal with a photo.

The product was sold on Amazon.com under the name PIXLABBY Silicone Magnetic Fidget Sliders, sold from October 2025 through May 2026 at approximately $10. If you purchased a fidget slider from Amazon in that window and it's silicone-covered with a sliding mechanism, check whether it contains internal magnets. If you're not certain, treat it as recalled and follow the steps above.
