Three more product recalls from the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) are affecting children's items sold online — and at least one of them carries a risk of death if not acted on immediately. Here's what you need to know.

1. PIXLABBY Silicone Magnetic Fidget Sliders — Magnet Ingestion Risk

PIXLABBY recalled its silicone magnetic fidget sliders after a child accessed and swallowed the magnets inside the product. This is a serious hazard: when multiple high-powered magnets are swallowed, they can attract each other through intestinal walls, causing perforations, blockages, blood poisoning, and — in severe cases — death.

These sliders were sold on Amazon.com. If you have one or purchased one as a gift, stop use immediately. Check cpsc.gov for the full recall notice, including return and refund instructions.

Magnet recalls are consistently among the most urgent CPSC issues because the hazard is internal and not visible. If you suspect your child has swallowed a magnet, seek emergency medical care immediately — do not wait for symptoms.

2. Wnttmt Baby Walkers — Stair and Doorway Hazard

About 1,310 Wnttmt baby walkers were recalled because they can fit through a standard doorway and fail to stop at the edge of a step. Federal safety standards require baby walkers to be too wide to pass through a standard doorway — a design requirement that exists specifically to prevent falls down stairs.

These walkers were sold on Amazon.com. If you have one, stop use immediately and check cpsc.gov for the full recall and refund details.

Falls from baby walkers down stairs can result in head injuries and broken bones. This is a stop-use-immediately recall, not a "use with caution" situation.

3. Michley Children's Pajamas — Flammability Failure

Michley Children's Pajamas sold on SHEIN.com were recalled because they fail to meet mandatory federal flammability standards. Sleepwear that doesn't pass flammability testing burns faster and more intensely than standard-compliant garments, increasing the risk of serious burn injuries or death in a fire.

If you purchased children's pajamas from SHEIN.com from this brand, stop use immediately. Visit cpsc.gov for the full recall details, including images of the products.

What's Next

The complete recall notices — including photos, model numbers, and refund or return instructions for each product — are available at cpsc.gov. The CPSC also offers a recall notification email service so you can get alerts directly when new recalls are announced.

If you purchased any of these products as gifts for other families, a quick heads-up is worth the 30 seconds it takes. Recalls only work if parents know about them.
