My older one came home from school last week asking for pasta and I spent like forty minutes driving around looking for something that wasn't chain restaurant stuff, which honestly just felt like a waste of gas. There's definitely places around the northeast side of town, some in Old Colorado City if you're willing to head that direction, a couple spots closer to downtown, but I've never landed on one that made me think okay this is the one. Everyone's got different standards too, right. Some people want the red sauce and the breadsticks, some want actual imported ingredients, some just want it to taste decent and not cost thirty dollars a plate. What are you actually looking for in it, because that probably matters more than what random people on the internet liked last month?
