I've been here less than a year so I'm genuinely asking: does "best tacos" even mean the same thing to everyone here? Like are we talking al pastor, carne asada, breakfast burritos, taco trucks vs sit-down spots? I've found good tacos in a few different neighborhoods but I don't know if there's actually a consensus pick or if that's just not how it works in COS. Where do longer-term folks actually go when they want tacos, not like a ranking but just where you repeat-order from? And is there a neighborhood where the density is actually higher, or is it scattered...
