Old Colorado City getting a lot of new galleries

Has anyone else noticed how many new art galleries have opened on Colorado Avenue in the last 6 months? I counted at least 5 new ones between 24th and 27th streets.
Seems like OCC is really leaning into the arts district identity. First Friday art walks have been packed lately.
